Speak Up
At Climate Lab, we believe that honesty, transparency, and accountability are essential to creating positive climate, environmental, and social impact.
We welcome feedback and concerns from everyone we work with, including employees, partners, community members, and clients. We encourage anyone who becomes aware of potential misconduct or wrongdoing to speak up.
You can raise concerns in good faith without fear of retaliation. Every report is treated confidentially, reviewed fairly, and handled with care and respect. Information shared through this channel is stored securely and only accessed by those responsible for investigating and resolving concerns.
By speaking up, you help us maintain high ethical standards and strengthen the positive impact of our work. If you have a genuine concern, we encourage you to use this channel and help us build a responsible, ethical, and transparent organization.
